I am away this week. However, I have given my team direction for this week as mentioned in my last post. I am still awaiting feedback from AIAL, and I will give it till mid-week before I contact them directly.
Moving forward, we know have to begin thinking about how we are going to be presenting our project for assessment. I like Ben’s suggestion that we produce a book that catalogues our processes and explains how we worked with a real client.
The question is whether we also produce a basic prototype of our technology with a simple theme to demonstrate what we are working on without breaching our NDA. It’s easy to feel like we have to produce something with superficial appeal, especially when thinking about exhibiting in the Open Studio evening.
I am really starting to feel the pressure mounting with only 3 weeks to go before semester officially ends, plus the two extra weeks that we have to hand in our assessments. My month of sickness has really made everything feel so much more unachievable. But I know that I can get through this.
I’ll be back in full swing as of Monday next week. My team has expressed that they struggle to keep on track when I’m not there. But I have plans that will see us meet our deadlines successfully, and I will be communicating with my team this week through our Slack, Trello and Google+ channels.
